After years of working ridiculous hours, only getting by with very little profit or return, I realised that most small business owners were facing the same struggles. There’s little support available to help owners understand how to effectively set up and monitor their financials, leading to significant knowledge gaps, particularly for startups and small businesses. That’s when I realised it was time to level up, gain the right knowledge, and learn how the big players do it, so I could share those insights with the small business community.

Now, as a Business Performance Consultant, I bring over 25 years of experience across sales, operations, and business development in global corporations, combined with a strong foundation in finance. By blending this expertise with my hands-on experience running family businesses, I help small business operators uncover hidden gaps in cash flow, profitability, and overall performance. I also work with early-stage and startup businesses to set them up for success, building clear budgets and simple tracking systems so they know exactly what they need financially from day one.
